I offer a wide variety of artwok as custom made commissions, you'll find all currently available example types, Terms of Service and other info on this page. In addition I'm more than happy to discuss other types of commissions that are not available on this page yet, ranging from physical or digital drawings to photography or even knitting.

Digital pet portrait

Realistic portrait of your pet pictured from around chest and above. The starting price includes a background of similar complexity to the examples, or alternatively a solid color background. Any animal species!
When ordering please provide me with a clear picture of the pet I'm being asked to draw to use as reference. Any additional reference pictures of special markings for example are also appreciated.

Acrylic painting

Realistic pet portrait made with acrylic paints from around chest and above. The price includes a solid color background like on the examples. The pet's complex features may affect the price.

Tasty design or sticker
Customized sticker design of your pet snake. The price includes any food item or other small prop as well as the snake's name. You can freely decide the snake's pose.
I would prefer to have reference pictures of the actual snake to base the colors, markings and even the pose on of, or I could just work off of a description of the morph.
25€ price includes the printing and shipping of one sticker within Finland. Global shipping is slightly more. You will always receive the digital file as a png. Additional sticker prints start at +1€

Terms of Service
Payment:
Available payment methods are bank transfer and cash for people within Finland, Mobilepay as well as PayPal. You will receive a receipt for every transaction when asked, and for people within Finland I can also deliver a separate bill.
I require a full payment before starting my work on a commission for orders under 100€. For orders larger than 100€ an individual payment plan can be discussed. My progress on the commission will follow the progress of the payment plan. You will receive the finished commission only after the payment has been delivered in full.
Upon failure to complete full payment within the time period discussed and agreed upon with the customer or if the customer cancels their order when I've already started working on it, I will refund a partial sum I see fit taking into consideration the total price of the commission, as well as the amount of work I've already put into it. I will always keep the cost of the materials as well as compensation for the time I've put into working on the commission.
The total price of the commissioned piece will depend on the subject's complexity and the size and materials of the piece. When ordering I will give an individual quote of the total for your order.
Ordering process:
I will personally keep the customer updated on the progress of their order, to ensure the commission piece is to their liking. Please inform me immediately if you notice something that you would like me to change upon each progress update.
I keep the right to demand an additional payment for changes on the commission piece, if it gets asked too late or the change is particularly large or challenging. I will ask for the customer's opinion on the order's progress and proceed only after I'm given the all clear. Please inform me immediately if you want something changed.
Upon submitting your order please describe the commission piece you have in mind to the best of your abilities and as detailed as possible. For example if you'd like a specific background, angle, expression, pose or any other detail. This makes my job easier as I have a clear vision of what you are looking for. This also prevents any major changes needing to be done and any additional payments because of that.
Delivery:
The completion and delivery of the finished product may take from anywhere between a week all the way up to two months. This will depend on the type of commission piece. Specific deadlines can be discussed. I will give an estimate delivery time upon ordering and inform the customer on any delays.
Digital commissions will be delivered via email in their full quality.
Physical commissions can be picked up from Tornio Finland or Ii following my own schedules. Pick up from specific events (such as reptile expos) will be announced and discussed separately beforehand.
I deliver orders via mail (Finnish Posti) in exchange of an additional fee for the customer, which will include the packaging materials. The total fee will be discussed beforehand with the customer on their individual order.
For packages you will receive a tracking number and within Finland it will be delivered to a Posti pick up location. Unfortunately I dont provide tracking for letters.
Once the packaged order is shipped, I am no longer responsible for it. Please contact me immediately if the package arrives damaged.
Cancelling refunds:
I don't provide refunds once the commission is complete. The customer will have multiple chances to ask for me to alter their commission to ensure it is to their liking.
The customer may cancel their order if they wish to do so. However I will only refund a self-determined sum that depends on the total price of the commission and the time I've already put into working on it. I will always keep the material costs as well as a compensation for the time I've put into working on it.
Upon the order being cancelled I keep the right to use the materials I've got and used on the commission piece for example on some other project or re-sell them as is with changes to make it no longer individual to the specific customer.
The processing time for a refund is 30 days starting from the day of asking for order cancellation.
I consider an order cancelled by the customer, if they do not reply to my attempts to contact them for two weeks (14 days). I will not refund money in this situation.
Copyrights & using commission:
I keep the rights to use pictures and videos of any piece done by me for example as promotional material on my social media platforms and website. Keeping a specific piece privated for a limited time can be discussed beforehand. Keeping a piece 100% private and off my social medias and website will cost an additional fee.
The customer may freely use the finished commission as a profile picture or otherwise on their social medias or similar personal ways of use as long as I (Ronja, Permafrost Exotics) am given credit for it when asked.
My work is NOT to be used for NFT or commercial purposes. All of my work is strictly for personal use only unless discussed otherwise beforehand. Feel free to ask for commissions to be made for commercial use such as re-selling.
Right to decline:
I keep the right to decline any commission order without giving out a reason to the customer. For example I will not tolerate work that's purpose is to harm or make fun of anyone, the customer is acting rude or threathening or if I have previous experiences with the customer with issues to complete full payment.
I keep the right to cancel an order in any state of process after giving a warning. Such cases are for example if the customer breaks my Terms of Service, tries to blackmail or scam me.
How to order
I take all commission orders via email, but I can also be contacted on social media platforms with private messages (TikTok and Instagram). Asking questions about the commission doesn't bind to anything, you can make a decision at your own pace.
When ordering please tell me:
- What would you like to order?
- Any specific request like background color, picture size
- What is the subject of the commission? Pet, it's species/breed etc.
- How would you like to pay?
- Any additional questions?
- Would you like to pick up your order or will it be mailed?
Please describe the commission piece you have in mind thoroughly rather than slightly. This makes my job easier and ensures that the finished product is to your liking. I can also take artistic liberties if asked. Don't hesitate to contact me with any question!
